HIHAF LogoFounded in 2003, the Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a healthier, stronger community with an emphasis on HIV and related health issues. The BRADDAH project currently serves Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and Asian boys and young men in schools and in community settings through an 18-hour curriculum focused on increased understanding in indigenous culture and manhood development, responsible sexual decision-making, and reducing or preventing drug use.

Under the Empowerment Projects initiative, Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation’s BRADDAH Project will provide high-risk Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and Asian young men with the life skills to thrive in Hawaii.
