Alyssa has extensive experience in reproductive justice organizing and mobilizing for abortion access, contraceptive access, and prison abolition. She is an educator who believes everyone has the right to equitable and anti-racist education and she supports youth building skills through community organizing and inclusive workshops. Alyssa currently teaches inclusive and diverse sexual and reproductive health in Chicago. Alyssa is passionate about access to sexual and reproductive health for youth and the community. Alyssa de-centers cisgender whiteness in education and uplifts queer, trans, and BIPOC voices in her training. Alyssa has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University- Newark in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and a minor in Sociology and a master’s degree in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education.
