Ellen/Ellena is a multi-dimensional healer following the path toward traditional midwifery. Experienced in sharing ancestral practices and holistic natural healings with the community, she offers frequencies of yoga therapy for all ages and abilities, meditations, and deepening relationships with natural resources and elements. She is honored and humbled to support folx, children, teens, and families as a full spectrum reproductive justice doula, and creating a lifestyle committed to decolonization while fiercely protecting, cultivating, and preserving the earth and waters.
