Jennie is a neurodivergent, immigrant, Chinese American woman with a trauma history, striving to make the world more livable for those left behind by our mental health care systems, like her. She founded her healing and facilitation practice, Body Works Coaching, based on the foundation that the body works as it’s intended to, bringing nervous system care to people and organizations to live and work more safely. Inspired by how trauma runs through her own family, Jennie provides the language and tools to explore intergenerational trauma, neurodivergence, and the connected humanity for AANHPI and other marginalized diasporas as an act of self- and collective reclamation. Jennie is certified by the International Coaching Federation and is training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She also holds an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Microbial Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
