Ntxheb is the co-executive director of the Youth Leadership Initiative (YLI) in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she leads the strategic direction of the organization to develop the next generation of leaders who will advance racial equity and social justice. Since high school, she has been doing and teaching equitable youth work and participatory evaluation as a youth mentor in YLI and as a member of the Saint Paul Public School Student (SPPS) Engagement and Advisory Board. She is a strong advocate for educational equity, youth leadership and development, as well as refugee and immigrant rights. Ntxheb graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Development Studies and received a M.A in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
