Samira is the Regional Clinical Manager at Experience Camps, a national, no-cost program for grieving children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. Samira has dedicated over a decade to providing psychosocial support to children and families. As a certified child life specialist, she has supported youth in the hospital setting, during natural disasters, and on global medical missions. Serving as staff at a local hospice in the Children’s Bereavement Program, Samira developed a deep passion for grief. Her current role allows her to support children and their families, educate the community about grief and loss, and create inclusive grief-informed programming.
